Austin is often called the live music capitol of the world. After having been there for multiple SXSW conferences, it is hard to argue against that.
Started in 1987, South by Southwest is a showcase for up and coming artists to get their name out to the people in the know. It has branched out to the point where now in addition to the official showcases, there are shows happening all across town from bands both big and small.
SXSW is by far the biggest event we do all year, going through tens of thousands of free ice cream treats every year. Recently we’ve expanded to sling during the interactive portion of SXSW as well as music, giving free ice cream to all the tech geeks, bloggers and professionals that come every year.
Austin is one of our favorite cities in the country and we love coming back every year.
