Although International Pancake Day was last tuesday, generally considered to coincide with Fat Tuesday as the last day before Lent, IHOP is letting Americans have a do-over and created their own National Pancake Day, which once again arrives with the promise of free pancakes.
Of course, for many of us, it’s already past breakfast time, but who says pancakes are only for breakfast? They’ll be serving out the free short stacks until 10pm tonight, so go have a little afternoon snack. And while you’re there, make a donation to The Children’s Miracle Network.
