Diane Gershuny, a publicist and friend for 4th Street Long Beach is currently battling esophageal cancer, so the local merchants and friends have put together a concert with all proceeds going to alleviate some of her medical bills. She’s a great supporter of the arts in Long Beach and has been instrumental in the resurgence of the arts community.

The show takes place tonight, Tuesday, Dec 21 at the Art Theatre in Long Beach and starts at 7pm.

Tickets can be purchased in advance here for $16 or from the Art Theatre box office, Portfolio Annex or Art Du Vin. Tickets will be $20 at the door.

The lineup includes:

Rey Fresco, roots rocker/guitarist Brophy Dale, skateboarder-turned-jazz fusion artist Ray Barbee Meets the Mattson 2, and the wildest sound to come out of the Old West, Cowboy and Indian. Stringing these great acts together with DJ sets is Long Beach’s own Almighty Nectar.
