Wow, things have finally cooled down (or warmed up?) in ICM winterland. Holiday time is usually a time for hiatus for us, and this year was a little more than normal.
For a couple weeks in November/early December we load Bessie up with ladders and hang Christmas lights on houses in Long Beach. It’s a fun way to make a little extra money around the holidays. Not long after that, we had our 6th annual Ice Cream Man Xmas party. I swear a review is coming soon. I will say that it was considerably more low key than in years past, but we loved it that way; it gave more time to talk with friends and actually enjoy the music.
Recently, we’ve been retooling and reloading to figure out our plans for 2012. Everything is up in the air, but we’ve been winding down a bit, so it’s possible that we won’t be heading out on another summer festival tour. As always, we will be sure to let you know and, of course, still plan on doing some fun, weird, interesting stuff.
