Although Jessica Dobson has been recognized for her recent work as Becks guitarist, the singer-songwriter has been on the local radar for a while. Now operating under the moniker Deep Sea Diver and opening for Conor Oberst, Jessica is releasing the long-awaited “New Caves” EP. To celebrate, there will be a release show thrown by our comrades at We Love Long Beach with an appearance by Cold War Kids vocalist Nate Willett. So hit the Art Theater of Long Beach on Thursday March 5, 2009 to enjoy the tunes of Deep Sea Diver and her very special guests.
Please note that this will be an early show, with music starting at 8:00PM. Doors open at 7:30PM and the line-up is:
Two Guns 8PM
Marika 8:45PM (with Nate Willett of the Cold War Kids and M. Wignall)
Deep Sea Diver 9:30PM
