Cool, calm and expecting, Au Revoir Simone preformed at the Echoplex in Los Angeles to promote their latest album Still Night, Still Light. Their classic combination of keyboard melodies and beat machines are still pleasantly simplistic but show signs of maturity. Exchanging smiles all-throughout the show, Au Revoir Simone finally announced that Annie Hart (stage left) is pregnant with a boy. The news didn’t affect the performance though and their sweet blending of vocals continued to make us nostalgic for a place we’ve never been.
