Eventually one of these New York City fests is gonna stick. Governor’s Ball seemed to do well last year and is coming back this summer. Catalpa will try to fill the void left by All Points West and other attempts by bringing in The Black Keys, Snoop Dogg (performing Doggystyle LP), TV on the Radio, Umphrey’s McGee, City and Colour, The Big Pink, AraabMuzik to play Randall’s Island on July 28th and 29th.
